All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery (where applicable). Prices are inclusive or exclusive of GST as displayed. Full payment is required before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Delivery & Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–7 business days. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and product availability. Risk and title of goods pass to you upon delivery. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

• Defective or damaged products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and invoices.
• Warranty periods vary by brand and product (typically 6–24 months).
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
• Custom-built or specially ordered items are non-returnable.

6. Repair & Service Policy

All repair and servicing jobs come with a service warranty of 30–90 days depending on the nature of work. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage not disclosed at the time of handover.

All content on this website including logos, images, text, and the "DrumTrum" brand are the intellectual property of Express Sales & Services and may not be used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
